What do you like most about working at Drawing Down the Moon?
Its an absolute joy working at DDM! The team is so enthusiastic and everyone is so passionate about what we do. I love meeting our clients and getting to know them well and being a part of their journey to love is just so special … I’ve always loved hearing how couples met and playing matchmaker – and now I get to do it for a living!
What is your favourite matchmaking success story?
The best is when someone comes to us, having given up on ever meeting anyone again, and then after working closely with them, finding them a match and getting that spark back…. It’s also always lovely when new clients come to us from referrals – especially those whose parents were with us previously!
Oh, hearing feedback from dates is always exciting too.
What is the one thing you would suggest, as a Matchmaker, to help people find Love?
Keep an open mind, don’t have strict parameters, trust us and enjoy the process – and remember, what you think you want is not always what is right for you, long term.Also, don’t make your ‘person’, your ‘everything’. They should be the cherry on your cake, not the whole cake!
